As we have seen previously, certain degrees can offer you a direct pathway into a career. But what about other subjects?
If you were to be asked the question: What sort of careers do English graduates go into? What would be your answer? A teacher, an author or maybe a librarian?
But for many subjects there doesn’t seem be a natural link into careers does there? English graduates, for example, like graduates from many other academic degrees, go into a wide range of careers. Remember, gaining a degree will not only provide you with valuable knowledge and expertise in the subject you study but it will also help develop skills that employers are looking for.
