This session will provide an introduction to the topic of Algebra. Upon completion of this session you will be able to:
(a) Simplify algebraic expressions by collecting like terms and by extracting common factors from similar terms.
(b) Remove brackets by expansion to obtain alternative algebraic expressions.
(c) Multiply and divide algebraic expressions.
Remember to have a pen and paper handy for note-taking and for attempting the exercises.
